SineWave Filter
- The solution for harmonic disturbances of medium-power infrastructure, commercial and industrial applications
- SineWave active harmonic conditioners eliminate upstream of their point of installation the current harmonics caused by the downstream non-linear loads. Digital design means the type of elimination may be selected:
- Overall elimination of all harmonic orders from H2 to H25
- Selective elimination for specific orders
- They are also the means to limit the upstream voltage total harmonic distortion THDU to a selected value (generally 5 to 8%), depending on what is acceptable for sensitive equipment or for the public distribution systems
- SineWave can be used in all types of distribution systems confronted with harmonics, in view of:
- Solving problems in existing installations
- Preventing problems in new installations
